At Rajput Farms, we are committed to delivering high-quality boundary walls, cement products, agricultural products, and plants. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while accounting for the nature of our products. Please review the terms below carefully.

1. Boundary Walls and Cement Products

Refunds for boundary walls and cement products (such as fencing poles, benches, and precast items) are available only when the product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues:

• Eligibility for Refund: The product must be reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be initiated only after the product is returned to our plant for inspection.
• Transportation Responsibility: Transportation costs for returning the damaged product to the plant are the responsibility of the client. We do not cover return shipping fees.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or external factors (e.g., accidents, weather conditions) are not eligible for refunds. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Agricultural and Plant-Related Products

Due to the perishable nature of agricultural products and plants, which typically have a lifespan of no more than 3 days after delivery, we do not offer refunds or returns for these items unless they meet specific conditions:

• Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be considered for plants or agricultural products older than one month or one year from the date of purchase, provided they are proven to be rotten or damaged due to manufacturing defects. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) and photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of identifying the problem.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Plants or agricultural products that perish within 3 days due to their natural lifespan, improper care, or environmental factors (e.g., inadequate watering or unsuitable conditions) are not eligible for refunds. Damage caused by mishandling or neglect is not covered.

• For boundary walls and cement products, return the damaged item to our plant at your expense. We will inspect it upon receipt.

• Our team will review the request and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping or transportation costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective at the time of delivery.
